WebChrome is bad in terms of privacy. No matter what you do to it. Security should be fine. Firefox is not that slow anymore. Maybe try it again. Brave is much better than Chrome. Just disable/ignore the crypto stuff. Don't use Ungoogled Chromium if you don't get automatic updates. They work on Linux, but they don't work on Windows.
