Clear search WebOct 12, 2015 · After googling the missing video options problem and not seeing anything recent, i called Apple, using my land phone. While i was on hold, i went to look at the camera app and voila, the video option was back. I did not reboot the phone, i did close the app and reopen, more than once. The first time, closing the app had no effect.
