WebFeb 16, 2016 · On one of my email accounts the inbox indicates that I have 21 new emails. However, I have searched every email in my inbox and there are no unread [new emails]. There is a * in front of the number 21 i.e. *21. I don't remember seeing the * before the number in the past, but it could have been there. Any one have any ideas?
