The higher the level the Refinery is, the higher cost it should take to trigger a batch, i.e. increase from 1750 at say level 20, to 5000 at level 25 to 15000 at level 30 for 1 batch at the Refinery.

Raw materials are processed and refined in batches. Each batch consists of 3,000, 15,000 or 50,000 when they are 2-star and 1,750 or 12,000 when they are 3-star at level 20.
WebIt is worth it to max out. It is not a fighting ship though. My max Discovery is about 440k in space, with a Warp range of 40. The power of the Discovery is the ability to Jump and Summon ships. I don't have to wait 10 minutes to go across the map. The efficiency of Summoning improves with each Tier. WebThe things from battle debris is a joke. Tiny amount of active probes, modulators I can add to the pile to convert, but that's a slow burn on it own, and the spore drive.... I have summoning and a tier 4 discovery (don't see much of a point investing the uncommons into it, it does the weekly event fine as it is and I have 20k of them already ...
