If there's no twist, you can fold the belt over itself and turn the buckle around to the opposite side ... 1) raise the seat as high as possible and fully backward. Move the seat back as upright as possible. 2) remove the two trim pieces on the seat track front, right & left. My 2003 has bolts with a Torx T30 head.
